The Partnership joins high quality early learning facilities together to collaborate, share resources and expertise, as well as provide working families with affordable care. The Partnership aims to revitalize early care and education in Lancaster, advocate for the field of early childhood education, and above all, ensure every child in Lancaster enters kindergarten ready to learn.
