Learning Lancaster Collaborative is increasing access to high quality, early childhood programming for 3- to 4-year-old children residing in the School District of Lancaster by opening three new classrooms operated by the Collaborative’s community partners. Additionally, with the Partners connecting parents to their local elementary school and services, families are now able to access health, dental and eye care, financial stability workshops either through their community school or social services.
